REIKI

One of the 'things we love that support us' is Reiki, which is a form of energy work and healing for mind and body.

We offer Reiki treatments from a master Reiki practitioner. Our treatment room near Sherwood Forest in North Nottinghamshire is warm and cosy, and you can expect a comfortable reclining seat, a soft blanket and an hour of Reiki energy.

If we are too far away for you to travel, we also do online and distance treatments too.

With our trauma survivor clients in mind, we offer a 'no-touch' form of treatment, and you remain fully clothed.
